When will my order arrive?
Production for purchased items are processed within a 7-14 business day turnaround. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery to arrive. Government observed holidays, inclement weather conditions and Sundays (when Post Offices are closed) impact timeframe. If you still have not received your purchase after 4 weeks, please notify [email protected] as shipping times vary with product availability.

Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks shipping time for international orders.


What is your Return Policy?
No refunds. All sales are final. Exchanges and store credit (honored by SouthernDemeanor™'s approval) only.


I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
We do not accept returns for refunds or credits. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. Certain sales are currently on a pre-ordered basis and each item is specifically made for each customer upon request.

Exchanges and store credit are honored by SouthernDemeanor™'s approval only.

All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to [email protected] within 7 days of arrival/delivery for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and merchandise return form completed. Any store credit we issue will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. SouthernDemeanor™ is not responsible for shipping charges for returns.

Please note: all orders processed with a discount code or sale price are final sale and may not be returned.


How do I place a custom order?
Please email us at [email protected] for all custom order requests or tshirt designs that are not featured on our Site. Be sure to include size, color options, quantity, and any other specific/detailed instructions within your email.
